Fridge seemes to be out due to power fluctuations this morning. Nothing I tried worked. Put an emergency request in and received a call within minutes. Jay came out same day and resolved issue even tho it was with outlet and not fridge itself. These guys were great and super fast and very reasonable service charge. I definitely recommend and will use in the future!

I was in a panic when my refrigerator failed and ordering a new one will take six weeks from Home Depot. I was really depending on the call to Alien Appliance. They are friendly and came out to my house the same day. The service man was really good at what he does. He identified the problem and gave me the estimate right away. He got the parts over the weekend and now I’m back in business on Monday. Really nice work and saved me not only money and the head ache of without a fridge. I would recommend Alien Appliance to anyone.

I contacted home advisor on the advice of a friend. After I put in my information I received a phone call immediately about my inquiry for someone to fix my ice maker on my freezer. The lady was very professional and willing to help me with my issue. I explained to her that it wasn't making ice. She asked when did I want someone to come out. I asked for an estimate of the job. She asked me for the model number of freezer. I told her I wasn't at home. She said ok no problem. She said I could send it at my convenience and she would contact the technician to get some idea. So I did when I got home. She sent the estimate. The gentleman came the next day .His name was Jeyhun.He was very through. He checked all the possible things that could cause the ice maker to not work. He concluded that it was the ice maker itself. I found the part on Amazon for $63.00.my son put it in. But, something still wasn't correct. I called Jeyhun right away. He came the same day and fixed our error. It took him about 3-15 mins and it was done. He said it should be making ice soon. I paid him for coming out again and for coming the same day. I thanked him. I told him I would call him again if it didn't make ice.. He said ok.. He assured me it would make ice but,but, it didn't to call him and he would come back again.He was very very nice. He was eager to answer any questions that I had. He was very accurate, professional,and eager to fix my icemaker. (He had a nice smile and he was handsome).I really appreciate the good customer service and great work that I recieved. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company. I only wish they did other jobs. I need some tile work done in my home .. Customer service was amazing, he was very comfortable, polite, heck it seems like we knew him forever. Lets put it this way I place the partial payment in his hands, days later washer parts came in I was not worried about him coming back, I just knew it Oh, did I mention he was cute?

Jey, the service. Tech showed up at the exact time as scheduled. He was very informed of the problem with my oven. Very soon he was taking care of the problem and had to leave to go and get a part that he didn't have in his truck. He left to get the part and I went outside for a while and when I finally returned I found him sitting at my front door. My first time using this company and highly recommend them. Thanks Jey

Found the Power problem with a dishwasher and was fixed very quickly. Loose wiring.

Donâ t try to force your Samsung refrigerator to defrost using the control panel. Call Alien instead, it will be cheaper. Next time it ices up thatâ s what Iâ m gonna do. $70 Maintenace vs $325 repair.

They offered a part with a 3 yr warranty. I found a cheaper (no waranty) part on Amazon which they bought and installed for me. I'm very happy.

The technician, Jey, showed up early on Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem quickly. Bad compressor on refrigerator. I didnâ t expect him to be back the same day, but he was able to get the new compressor and install it later in the afternoon. The refrigerator works again! Customer Service has been outstanding as well. Overall a great experience.
