Great work ! And right on time ! Very nice people to work with !

We purchased siding from a company called Amazing Siding. We had issues with their product but they never wanted to address it and basically ignored us. They eventually went out of business. We did find out that a company called Amazing Exteriors took over the records of Amazing Siding and was now in business doing the same work. So we decided to contact them to see if this new company would assist us with our issues. We called Jill Hamlett on March 5, 2019 and received a response to our inquiry March 8, 2019. She was very nice and was willing to attempt to assist us. The process of assistance was slow but we were patient. It took one month for Aaron, a representative from this company to finally come out to our house to look at the issues we had with the previous company’s work. Afterwards, Aaron told us that we would hear something from Jill within a few days. We did not hear anything for another three weeks. We followed up with Jill to see what the status was. On May 7, 2019, Jill told us she would check on that and get back with us. That was the last time that we heard from her. We e-mailed her on May 20, 2019 and asked her to contact us but still nothing. It is my opinion that Amazing Exteriors cares just as much as Amazing Siding did. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again and they seem to be ok with it. We have lifetime warranty documents for all of the work that was performed plus one free power wash that was part of the purchase. Obviously, that will never be done because they choose not to. I would not recommend to anyone that is considering hiring Amazing Exteriors to work on their home. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT! They will make you feel good about your purchase. But just wait until there are issues with their workmanship and products. That is when the frustration and anxiety begins. Also, they will tell you that the aluminum siding has a lifetime warranty on it, but they will fail to tell you that the paint that peels off of it does not. The house will look really bad when it does. It is very distressing to us that we spent over $5000.00 and we can’t even get a response and a resolution to this issue. BUYERS BEWARE!

Mitch and his team did a great job. Mitch explained the process so we knew exactly what to expect, worked with our schedules, and was very responsive. Javier and his team were skilled, efficient, and pleasant. Since we did not have all windows replaced we were concerned that the new windows would not be in character with our older home, but they did a great job of matching the exterior trim with the existing original windows. And the whole project took only two days (with a slight rain delay). I also feel confident that if any issues arise in the future Mitch will address them. I did a lot of research before purchasing, and Infinity by Marvin gets great reviews. Very happy with the new windows!

Great! They arrived on time, performed the job as scheduled and the pricing was the same as quoted. They even came back on their own accord to touch up some areas. New siding looks great and we are very pleased with the work.

Mitch and his crew did a fantastic job! I am very picky when it comes to hiring people to do work on my house. Quality work is very important to me. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if the need arises.

Mitch was very helpful, prompt, and easy to work with. Working with Amazing Siding and Windows was wonderful experience. Mitch took our blue prints and wrote up the schedule of windows and doors himself. Got our estimate to us the next day and had them ordered within 1 week of us contacting him. We made a couple of changes even after the original order. Mitch would get back with us within a very short time frame if he wasn't available immediately. He kept us updated on the progress of our order and was on time at the scheduled installation. Mitch made this a wonderful experience. We had heard all about Gulf Coast Windows and that is where we expected to get out windows and doors. However, they were not easy to work with, phone calls and emails would go unanswered for days if at all. I tried for 3 weeks to order windows from them before calling Amazing Siding and Windows. Amazing Siding and Windows provide great customer service, I cannot say the same for Gulf Coast Windows.

We had several quotes for replacing the windows in our "new" home. From the salesperson forward it was a very nice experience. No pressure, lots of questions answered right on the spot with a professional but very cordial attitude. They worked with our schedule for the installation and gave us plenty of time to evaluate our new purchase before the final walkthrough. The product we chose was top of the line and the price was in line with other quotes. I do believe we received the best product for a very competitive price. Thanks to the salesperson and the installation crew we are very satisfied with our replacement windows.

It was a good experience. Because of all the rain we had had, I needed to get a good cover on the roof as soon as possible because of the rot and leaking. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The work only took 2 days.
