All My Sons Moving & Storage

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The lady who gave me a VERBAL quote over the phone told me that it would take “2-3 hours AT THE MOST” at $150/hour to move my two bedroom house. I was expecting $600, $800 AT THE MOST. They ended up taking 5 HOURS to move me, they took their sweet time, prolonging the time. Not to mention, they sent in the two most unathletic men. They arrived and took 30 minutes to slowly walk through some s*** on their iPad that they threw infront of you but can’t even explain in detail what they want you to sign. Then before they wanted to unload the truck, they made me pay $1,200 before they would remove my stuff which also took another 30 minutes to do. So they wasted an ENTIRE HOUR, at $150/hour to go over PAPERWORK. That was DOUBLE the price I was quoted then forced me to pay if I even wanted my own property. They added in a $200 fuel charge, $150 for the to drive to and from me, $100 in “marerials” that THEY WRAPPED. If I was given a PROPER quote, then I would’ve used another company. DO NOT ALLOW OVER THE PHONE QUOTES. Not to mention that I had moved all the stuff into the garage previous to their arrival to make the move more efficient and quicker. Besides the heavy furniture. Also, they didn’t even move the entire house, I HAD TO RENT ANOTHER UHAUL YESTERDAY TO FINISH MOVING. Like what the f*** did I spend $1,200 for?? And they didn’t even move all the stuff into the new apartment, it was left in the parking lot. Then I had to move the remaining. GO FIND A BETTER COMPANY I have used previous moving companies nefor and have NEVER had this experience

The company packed our furniture and moved it to storage. They left the legs exposed and were all damaged. We had broken China. In addition, the crew of four dragged mud throughout the house and the garage although there is a concrete walkway. We have no pictures of the mud and the company refused to ask the crew about it. They want to pay us $150 for all this damage. It will cost way more just to pay the carpenter for the damage they caused. I would never hire them again. We trusted them with our belongings and our house and they failed us.

Do Not Use Them! I did a move with All my sons and they damaged my 65' TV and after over a month waiting for a response they wrote back to sat they can pay $150.00 DO NOT use this company. if they break something they will not pay you back for it. I had never had an issue with moving companies and I'm shocked that they will not take responsibility for the damage they did to my TV. I have no idea how I will replace my TV now. Awful!!! Complained about the work, never wore masks except when I signed the ‘paperwork’. I had a beautiful mahogany four poster king size bed frame.at my daughter’s house where I had been living for 18 months. The bed frame was 13 years old and in excellent condition. They broke of the finial on one post and lost the base of another post. They lost all of the shelves for my secretary cabinet which was also at my daughters house. Broke the door off of a small cabinet as they brought it into my apartment. They gouged the top of sewing table which is about a year old. The worst thing is they have completely ignored my emails except for one which they said they didn’t disassemble the bed, which was a total lie. I was charged $1,200.00+ dollars for a 15 mile move. I have moved over 20 times since I finished high school, even internationally 4 times. This is the first time I have had such damage and received no follow up or been offered a settlement!! A complete rip off!

"Office was easy to work with and workers arrived on time. Only issue was it was the worker's second job of the day and they seemed to cut some corners on wrapping the furniture and there were a few minor scratches. They moved a little slower than preferred. Would just be sure to have the first move of the day. Office, billing, communication were all exceptional."

While the move went well overall, pricing was higher than I thought and pricing could have been more clearly explained.

They charged me with too many extra charges.

Poorly. They were supposed to bring boxes to pack loose items, and two trucks were supposed to come. It was in the contract. They showed with no boxes and 1 truck. I called and was told by the office that $650.would be removed. Instead, they cheated me. I am beginning to think that all movers are worthless, con artists. They broke so many of my expensive glass items.

Moving disaster on almost every level. The office quoted less than half of what we were actually charged later (and then said they never quoted it in the first place). They said the move would take "6 hours at the most" and after 11 hours (at $150+ an hour by the way) there was still stuff left at my old house and all the boxes and furniture was just thrown in the new house in whatever room was closest. So for the last few days I've been putting things where they should have actually been put in the first place (the boxes were labeled for the rooms and everything). Repeatedly saw team members messing around on their phones instead of working and moving slower than I could possibly imagine (though I fully admit it was a very hot day). Will never work with this company again and will go out of my way to steer friends and family clear of them. Just save yourself the headache and call Square Cow Movers. I wish I had.
