They could have done better, but they were not horrible by any means. They were not punctual a couple of times with phone calls. I had the insurance agency call me and tried to get a hold of roofer and they would not return my call so I went to another roofer and then all of a sudden they returned my call and it got kind of ugly. It was a misunderstanding that could have been avoided. At one point Art, almost got a little threatening with me. It was uncomfortable but turned out ok. He did not threaten me physical but almost like that hey had some legal standing which they did not. It worked out alright.
