 + -1 moreTheir work was good but their response was poor, leading me to find a new contractor.
Description of Work: I used this company for tune-ups and service on my AC system two or three times between 2005 and 2008. Their work was OK, but I switched to another company when they stopped responding to my phone calls.

Description of Work: We have used Tommy for several years. He has replace the AC in the past. Tommy does our annual service and does the repairs when need.

 + 0 moreI had to shut off my A/C for 2 days due to a leak from a clogged A/C condensation drain in my attic. The leak went through two floors of finished drywall. I called my Home Warranty Co for a recommendtion. Their guy never showed - said he was too busy. 3 other contractors never returned my call. Another national vendor had an incompetent service person show 3.5 hours after I called and couldn't perform the work without a helper, and for $400. Then they never showed the next day as they had promised. Fortunately, a friend recommended an A/C business they had known for years. Tommie from Airco showed within 1 hour after I called him. It took him 5 minutes to unclog the A/C condensation drain. He charge me the basic $65 service fee and felt bad about having to charge that much. He was quick, smart and gone. I like this guy. I'll use him again for sure. Thanks Tommie! The A/C feels great again!!
