Discussions began in January. Digging didn't begin until May, and final installation issues complete in August. A LONG process. Confusion reigned between subcontractors, leaving days without any work accomplished. We had hoped for a June splash, but the final inspections weren't concluded until July 3rd.

Access was recommended by Endless Pools as a certified installer. We had a narrow space to work with, so foundation engineering placed bracing under our foundation, and under a block wall on the neighbor's property line. Block wall vault 4 feet deep was built over slab with sump. Swim spa was centered, wired in, and plumbed to gas heater. Deck and pergola were constructed and stained, finished with cedar fence front and back.
Still waiting for repairs on gas heater and pool lights.

THEY CAME BACK TO ASSIST ME. THEY HELPED ME WITH A POOL LINER. HAD TO COME AND SEE WHERE THE LEAK WAS. THE POOL WAS UNDER WARRANTY.
