They're awful. I hate AT&T. They don't do anything right. They have horrible customer service but they're pretty much a monopoly where we live. So, you're screwed if you want internet or TV. You've got to go with them. You're going to get what they provide, which is crap. We have a lot of trouble with our cable and I've called them repeatedly that it just doesn't work. In order to get it to work we have to buy additional service. So we're paying $400 a month for crap that doesn't work. I have said that to them a million times and they're just kind of, "It is what it is."
