He has provided excellent service. He goes in my opinion beyond what I expect a realtor to do. When I was out of town and we were having issues basically because of the bank requiring things they wouldn't normally require. The home that we're buying is conditioned but for whatever reason the bank wanted the repairs done so before they would close I had to get estimates. I was in South Carolina at the time that I discovered this so he actually helped me by finding contractors for me and got the bids necessary to get the estimate to get things rolling again. He did not have to do that he could have just waited until I got back because it didn't cost him anything. It was just prolonging me and it doesn't mess him up it messes me up. So the fact he went to the property and he opened the place up for the contractors to go in and examine the work that needs to be done and place the bids. He got the bids scanned and submitted it to me so I can submit it to the bank. I think that is going beyond the call of duty.
