Fine, except that the service technician was a bit late. He over-relied on GPS to find our place, which gave him a similarly named street in Conroe two miles away. I emailed a map and directions to the dispatcher about a week before, but the dispatcher evidently forgot to give the information to the technician.

Fine, after diagnosing the problem as the ice maker and not the drink dispenser, Andrew reassembled the components after replacing the dispenser. I did not want to go the extra expense and explained I would rather just get an entire new fridge. He was very understanding and courteous. He returned the unused parts and credited our bill.

Andrew's came out and performed some testing and diagnosed the potential problem fairly quick. Within a week he had the part of and came out to replace the pump. As he predicted the pump had a broken blade and was the source of the problem. The office was very helpful in the original scheduling as well as the follow-up to make the repair. These folks care and are extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend.

The repairman Andrew diagnosed the problem as the temperature sensor. He didn't have the exact replacement on the truck and had to order one. He managed to wire in an equivalant sensor so that my wife could use the oven to bake cookies that weekend. He came back Monday and put the new sensor in. Everything is working fine now.

Andrew did a very professional job - he arrived on time (on a Saturday!) and thoroughly researched and solved the problem. His charge was very reasonable. He is the owner of the company - actually, he IS the company, so customer satisfaction is very important to him. His receptionist even answered the phone an hour before they opened. I will definitely use him again!
