The owner, Rusty Fritsche, is the best at what he does. He makes sure it is perfect, and that his customer is satisfied with the work. He did the countertops in our kitchen a couple of years ago also. Beautiful work!

From beginning to end, the work Rusty did was amazing! We had multiple phone conversations that never felt rushed and he answered all questions throughly. We met at his shop to discuss how to cut our Cambria Quartz to showcase what we loved best about it which was different for my husband and I. He cut each slab keeping in mind those ideas as well as knowing how to emphasize the beauty of the quartz. The installation was clean and was mindful with installing our oversized kitchen sink as well as our bathroom sinks. Rusty and his crew for sure take pride in their work and I’m so glad we used them. I love my countertops and never plan on changing, but if I do I will call them again!!

Rusty was super communicative from the get-go. He was very responsive and was able to give me an estimate within a day and finish the job around a week after that. We appreciated his transparency throughout the entire process, and he gave us insight to help us with our entire kitchen remodeling project. Rusty and crew were great. He was very good about keeping in touch and was happy to answer our questions - we had a very minor miscommunication and he promptly called me to apologize, even though it really wouldn't have affected our job much, but I really appreciated his forthrightness! Our counters went in over the course of one day, and the crew left the house very clean. The new counters look fantastic, and we are very pleased with Rusty and Alma's service.

A&R Granite did an excellent job. We had them manufacture and install quartzite and granite. They helped me choose the right edge and before all of my edges were manufactured, they allowed me to come by their shop and get a sample. We were very happy with their whole crew.

I had new quartzite counter tops put in by A&R granite in March. Unfortunately, the seam was very noticeable both visually and by feel. It was very rough at the seam where the 2 pieces were put together. The workers came out a week later to fix it using using what I think they said was Super glue. That did not hold up for more than a couple of weeks. After that, the owner himself came out and sanded down the seam but that took off the shine off that area and created a bumpiness on the stone. He said he would order a product that could bring the shine back. It took about 2 months before they came out again and that was after me calling them twice about it. The people that came out to shine the area were not able to bring the shine back to what it was before. They said there was nothing more they could do. My feeling is that they should have made sure the counter top was level before they finished installing them, then the seam would have been smooth. Overall, they did not get the repair done in a timely basis and the end result of the fix was not good.

We have been installing counter tops for many years with many happy customers and the prove to that is our A+ rating. When we install counter tops, the installer levels the stone to the best of his availibilty considering the unlevel cabinets. Before we start a job we provide a stone disclosure to all of our customers indicating that on some stones you will see and feel the seams. When a seam is repaired we apply a resin base epoxy made for natural stone, not super glue. In regards to the bumpiness you feel on the counter top they are natural stone veins, nothing created after working on the seam. Unfortunately, there were some conflicts with your schedule and ours for the 3rd trip to try to solve any issues and make you happy. We appreciate your opinion, but not always we get the customer to understand the process of natural stone. Thank you for your business."

Demolition of existing ceramic tile countertop exposed substructure that required some changes. Confusion on sink requirements required some changes. Installation of granite was tricky due to integrated shade structure. Owner provided painting of trim. End result is very nice and high quality. Provided after-installation follow-up.

A&R Granite did a fabulous job on all of the counter tops throughout our house. We are so pleased with the quality and appearance of the final product. Rusty is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and a pleasure to work with. We approached Rusty with a specific design layout and quartz brand that he had not worked with before. Rusty and his installer Carlos knocked it out of the ballpark. He is extremely responsive (before, during, and after the project), provided valuable input, and even educated us on the stone throughout the process. The kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor kitchen are beautiful and we have A&R Granite to thank for that!

From the quote, picking out the granite slabs/sinks, to completion every step of the way went smoothly. We were only going to have three bathrooms with five sinks installed initially, due to our kitchen counters being so large. However, the quote was really good and Rusty was very educational and customer service minded. I changed my mind on a couple of items and he and his staff were pleasantly responsive and not annoyed. What a nice change from contractors I have dealt with in the past!! Even my plumbers commented on the excellent quality of workmanship!!

Randy and his team were exceptional. We are delighted with the work undertaken. The quote was not the lowest we received however it was also nowhere near the highest. The value for money was exceptional. Factors that really stood out with A&R Granite Designs were:- 1)They carefully listen to your needs and make suggestions on how things could be better but always put your needs first. Randy the owner is a delight to work with. 2)Very responsive. Any inquiries we made were answered quickly and in a detailed professional manner 3)The granite supplies work with Randy closely so the wold process of choosing material is easy 4)OUTSTANDING quality of craftsmanship. The granite installers really take pride and care about their work. they are clean and polite. 5)Randy checked on wok progress with us and was quick to address and minor concerns we had. Overall this was the best overall remodeling experience we have had. We would highly recommend this firm.

Our granite installation went very smoothly. The total time frame was just under two weeks. And that includes taking measurements, accepting bid, making templates, choosing granite, and final installation. During the process I had many questions concerning this or that. Rusty was only a phone call away with an answer. He was very professional from beginning to end. The final product is a fantastic looking granite countertop with window sills to match. I would not hesitate to recommend A & R Granite Designs to anyone with a similar granite project.

Rusty was wonderful to work with. I work full time so I didn't have a lot of time to get quotes. Rusty showed up promptly at a time that worked well for me. He took measurements of my kitchen and offered some very good advice. He convinced me to go with a lighter granite rather than a darker granite based off the job pictures he had to share. After I decided to go with A&R Granite, he put me in touch with a fantastic contractor who took care of painting the cabinets, installing tile, and finishing the plumbing. The whole kitchen remodel, granite counter tops, painted cabinets, tiled backsplash, and new sink, was all completed within 2 weeks. My kitchen was completely done within a month of first contacting A&R Granite and it looks beautiful.

First....the owner, Rusty, was so friendly and knowledgeable. My husband & I felt like he was our friend by the time the job was completed. We felt like we were in good, honest & trustworthy hands. We were not disappointed. Rusty came by several times to first, give an estimate, and a couple times later to be certain of the measurements. He explained everything to us both fully and made sure we understood each step. He was very easy to work with and we would totally recommend him to anyone else that is needing granite countertops. He sent 3 crew members out to do the installation. They did a superb job and we are quite pleased with the finished results. Rusty came back after the work was completed to check to be sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. The cutout for the sink was perfect as well as the edges next to our cabinets. We, without hesitation, would recommend A & R Granite Designs. If we find we need to have granite installed in our other rooms in the future, we would definitely call Rusty at A & R Granite Designs.
