About us

Small family business, 3 employees, usually do not use subcontractors (exceptions would be manual labor, i.e. digging, etc.), Licensed and insured #19928. Hourly work done as well as quotes. We have a trip charge (service call) and an hourly rate. Will offer a $10 coupon to all who call from this listing. We answer our phones 24/7.

This company was very responsive in getting someone over the same day so it started off well. It went south from there. They never called to say they were headed out, they never called with an estimate of the repairs or to close out the job. The renter was given one price but I was invoiced a higher price. When I contacted them to ask for discrepancy and to ask what was done, I was never contacted back. I have now found that the tech unplugged the renter's outside fridge and now all their meat has spoiled. I understand this is a small company, but customer service needs to come first.

"Will gladly post every response and email between us. There were numerous phone calls with no response. Pretty hard to complain when you do not respond or answer your phone or emails. Customer service is our greatest asset. Sorry you were displeased with out service, your unpaid invoice indicated exactly what was found as a problem at the residence."

They were very nice when I called to schedule the appointment and they were able to schedule me in a couple of days.  They called to let me know when the technician would be out.  When the technician showed up, he was very knowledgeable and explained my situation. He was able to repair my lighting box quickly and corrected the outlet that was there.

Electrician was asked to call me when he had evaluated the problems as I was out of town. He did call when he was still there and explained the issues I was having , gave me three options of  how it could be fixed and then advised me which one would be my best option. I appreciated his advice.  Then the electrician only did the work I asked him to do and at a very fair price.
