It was great. If you have a box at home that you can use, it is really super easy. The only glitch is to think about where you want them mailed to on the way back, somewhere where you can be there to get a signature. Otherwise, this is a great service, and the company is very responsive and professional.

Bob has always done excellent and timely work for me, with a consistently professional and friendly attitude. He is justifiably proud of his work, but is also humble enough to decline specific jobs if they are outside his expertise or equipment capability. I understand he also does sharpening by mail order but have not tried that service, and that he has regular knife sharpening contracts with various restaurants. On occasion I have also purchased knives or accessories (ceramic "steel" sharpener, blade covers, etc.) and found his prices fair and reasonable. Sharpening rates can probably be found a bit cheaper elsewhere, but I believe you get what you pay for and the competence/trust factor is worth a small premium to me. Overall, an excellent and professional experience and I will continue to bring my knives to Bob as they need sharpening for so long as he frequents the area.

I had seen the 2Dull4You knife sharpening truck at our local farmer's market (Bayou City on Eastside at Richmond) for several weeks running when I decided to try this service. I dropped off 5 knives with Bob Nagode at his van for sharpening. Mr. Nagode not only did a beautiful job of sharpening my modest collection of knives in just a few minutes but also gave me an impromptu lesson in using a sharpening stone so that I can keep the knives in tiptop shape.
