Beside the Great experience with the AC unit, he has been out two more times for quotes on work that needs to be taken care of. One of these issues was that I had a roof leak that resulted in a hole in the front bathroom. The insurance adjuster said that there was no leak, that the house was "settling". James came out the next week and told me that the insurance adjuster was not right, it was a leak. He wanted to be there the next time this adjuster came out so that he could point out what the issue was. The insurance adjuster came back and I got the claim and got the roof fixed.
He is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend James Troutz and his work.
