Kris and Camille came out, assessed my septic system, and went to work. It turned out that the problem had been caused years ago by the original installer. They had it fixed within two days, and gave me some tips to keep it working properly. They were very professional, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them for pumping or repairs needed in the future.

After being told repeatedly by other companies (sight unseen) that our existing system would have to be replaced based on its age, Camille and Kris with San Aerobic actually took the time to troubleshoot the problem. They found a simple solution and saved us thousands of dollars. The repair ended up being less involved than they originally thought, and they actually charged us a couple of thousand LESS than their own original estimate. These guys are honest, fair, and actually care about their customers. Their customer service is unmatched when compared to the other companies we dealt with before finding San Aerobic. They showed up when they said they would -- every time, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Everything was done in a very timely fashion and the quality of the work was topnotch.

Documented and corrected almost a dozen problems due to poor practice and craftsmanship from the installer / original service provider. System is working great now. Very happy.
