Pristine Concrete & Asphalt Paving

We contacted Zack at Pristine Concrete to expand our driveway and he was the first contractor to call us back.  He came by to view the area to be expanded and gave us a competitive price and won the bid.  Zack and his crew kept to his appointment and was on time.  Unlike some other contractors who just sends a crew to complete the job, Zack was also part of the team and was at the jobsite working the concrete!  They not only did an excellent job, but they were also very professional and worked with you.  We plan to use Zack again in the future to lay concrete in our backyard and we highly recommend Pristine Concrete to all our friends.

Our neighbors were getting a concrete drive poured and we needed some concrete around our house so we decided to talk to the same guy and see if we could get a discount if he did ours at the same time.  He was very responsive and seemed to be honest and did give us a bit of a break on the concrete but charged us more for limestone than we paid in the same area just a few months before.  Significantly more.  However, to save time, we agreed on the deal and paid 1/2 up front.  He promised he would pack down the limestone for the driveway portion and we discussed specifications such as the width and thickness of the driveway portion.  The limestone was spread but not to the specs we agreed (it was spread all over the road and into the field wider than we wanted rather than the thickness we discussed) but he hadn't finished the concrete yet so we told him and he said he would be coming back to do that at the end of the job.  Rain, etc delayed some things which was understandable.  However, after he got the last piece of equipment from our neighbor, we texted him and asked him to finish the limestone as we had discussed (by then he's received his final payment promising to come back to finish it when the weather cleared up).  He refused to come back saying he'd done everything that we paid for!  Lesson learned - never give the final payment until you are 100% satisfied with the job!  WE still aren't sure the concrete won't break since the rains washed away the fill under the corners but time will tell.

.I hired Pristine Concrete & Asphalt Paving to do a large
patio in my backyard.  The guys worked
great and the patio was awesome at first. 
Three weeks later, I started seeing different areas that looked like it
was flaking. It was very unattractive and flaking after only 3 weeks or so.  I called Mr.Bankson and sent him pictures. He
called me back immediately and we set up a time for him to come and check it
out. He came out and agreed that too much water was poured into the concrete
and he would have to do an overlay to fix it. He told me he would call me on
Tuesday, he also felt bad and was going to throw in a free stain. I never heard from Mr. Bankson after he agreed to fix the problem.
 This is one of the last emails that I have
sent to Mr. Bankston.    Zach, the last
time we talk you were suppose to give me a call on Tuesday(30th of May) to
discuss when we were going to set up an appointment for the overlay and if I
wanted the patio stained. I dont  want it stained but if we could set up an
appointment for the overlay that would be great. I ve tired calling your cell
but no answer and sent emails to the company.  It is now August 31, 2013 and I still  haven't  heard from Mr.
Zack Bankston. I thought this company was trustworthy. The company also states
a 1 year warranty.   I ve had other
companies come out and they all say I need an overlay or I could have it
stamped.  I ve already paid over $3000
and shouldn t have to pay anymore. Mr.Bankston (Pristine Concrete & Asphalt
Paving) will not answer my phone calls or emails. I just want my patio fixed. Mr.Bankson you promised my husband and I that you were a man of your word and would make this right.

Received estimate, but went with another contractor. They were extremely responsive with their written estimate.

my overall experince with pristine paving was GREAT ! After hearing about him thru a friend , who found them on yellow pages , also experinced great service i decided to call and get an estimate , suprisingly it was less than i expected and came with a warrentee. I was a little leary at first because i have heard about alot of phonys in this profession but the young man who came out to our home was very respecful and willing to take the time with my wife and i to go over every detail. I am very glad we decided to go with pristine we now have a beautiful asphalt driveway that has reduced the dirt traffic imensily in our home. there is no doubt in my mind that we will be using Mr Bankston for any further asphalt mantenince in the future and refering him to anyone needing this service ! i also believe he does concrete as well. If your looking for an honest and experienced contractor CALL PRISTINE .
