Professional and very detailed, which is what you want with a home inspector. The builder commented that they were the best inspector they have worked with. The reports were concise and easy for the builder to follow like a punch list. I was a little apprehensive using an inspector for a new build but the items they discovered saved me at least ten times what the inspection cost. The inspectors were friendly and patient and made sure that I understood each item they reviewed. I would recommend Fidelity and use them again.

Inspector was very relaxed and receptive to all questions. They have a very good reporting system which let me access the report months after it had been performed. Caught all the small stuff like roofing nails and toilet instability even though it works fine. They are a little heavy handed on the reviews, but they are worth the 5 star rating.
