"This was a challenging installation that required making the changes mentioned to the design due to the the limited space we had to work with. sometimes site conditions do not match the design exactly, however, that is the septic engineer's responsiblility to ensure we as the installers have a design that reflects exact site conditions at the time of installation. I sincerely appologize about the check situation as the person who brought it back to the office did not tell me about that. As for the settlement area around the tank, it was stated in the contract that we are not resposible in the event settlment occurs in the future due to the expansion and contraction of the soil. Congratulations on your new home, and we are here if you ever have any questions about your septic system operation."
