It was getting to the point where it was no longer cost effective to keep my aging a/c units going so I contacted Craig about replacing them both. He was there when he said he would be & finished the project ahead of schedule. Professional courteous service & I will continue to recommend him to others.

Craig was great. This is a small, local business and you feel like you're getting personalized service. Installation went smoothly.  He sold us a quality Trane a/c and we didn't feel like we were getting ripped off.  We'd definitely use Bulverde Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Craig and his helper arrived within two hours of my call. They checked the wiring of the blower unit, and located some loose connections, cleaned out the drain tube and got the blower working again. Very professional and friendly. Great service - will definitely use them again when the need arises!

Called on Sunday morning when A/C stopped cooling the house overnight. Craig showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem quickly. We'll use him in the future.

My AC went out on Sunday early morning. That morning first I called another repair service (I had used before-took them 2-1/2 hours to arrive) told me I needed both new inside/outside AC unit quoted me 4200 dollars. Afterwards I called Bulverde Heating and Air for a second opinion They arrived within 30 minutes. Told me I only needed a new outside unit and would be there at 10 a.m. Monday to install it. They were here as promised and I cannot say enough good things about their courtesy and professionalism. I will absolutely call them for any of my future heating or cooling needs.

He came when he said he would; he gave me an estimate ahead of time and stuck to the price. He cleaned up before and after doing the work. He was wonderful; not only did he do a great job but he spent time explaining to us what was going on and why we were getting such a high electrical bill. He did not sell us the new systems; he was willing to try and repair the old system and we decided on our own that we wanted new systems instead of repairing the old ones. No high pressure sales with him!

Bulverde Heating and Air Conditioning gave an honest assessment and a fair price. They arrived on time, were neat and considerate. Very professional. I really appreciate that Craig, the owner, did not try to up-sell. He looked at the existing system and listened when I explained how that side of the house is used, and finished out the original design. The work was completed on time and at the price quoted. No surprises. The system operates perfectly now for 6 months. My new sewing room is beautiful and comfortable. It's nice to have a skilled Heating and AC company I can trust.

Although Bulverde was not the absolute low bidder, their proposal was competitive, complete and their were no surprises during the installation and start-up period. Their work was timely and always done professionally. They were very good about cleanup after their work. Craig Burge, the owner is the principal installer and is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
