The workman was courteous, but despite many repeated telephone calls to ask him to complete the work, I have never received a response from Mr. Razor. However, he was very quick to deposit my check.

"I DIDN'T CALL FOR I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND HAD MY EMPLOYEE CALL FOR ME AND HE SAID THAT HE WENT BACK AND REPAIRED THE AREA AND SHE SAID IT WAS FINE AND HE LEFT THE HOUSE FOR THE SECOND TIME WITH HER APPROVAL FOR THE SECOND TIME. I DON'T GET PAID FOR THE JOB UNTIL THE HOME OWNER APPROVES THE WORK BEFORE I LEAVE THE HOUSE. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT HER MESSAGE ON MY VOICEMAIL WAS VERY UGLY AND I DON'T RESPOND TO UGLY. ALL SHE HAD TO SAY WAS THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND COULD WE COME BY AND TAKE CARE OF IT. BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS ASK."

They were excellent to work with. They were punctual, polite, and neat, and kept me informed throughout the work. When heavy rain washed away the dirt from one area after they had finished, they came back to fill it in with no problem. I'd definitely hire them again.
