Doors - installation and fit excellent. One was finished to match oak-stained woodwork. No one can tell it is not wood. Bathroom - new tile floor and tile and glass shower. New whirlpool tub and tile and granite enclosure. New granite countertop and undermount sinks. Granite window shelf. New toilet. Moved some cabinets and reversed a door. All new light and plumbing fixtures. New ceiling fan and new exhaust vent. Textured and painted formerly papered walls. Garth is great to work with. Some great ideas for enhancing the look of the room. Work progressed well except waiting for a couple of city code inspections. No code issues. Maybe not the cheapest, but quality and care are tops. A family business. If we need more interior remodeling, we will call Garth.

The experience was wonderful. They were very nice and prompt. It was a very good experience. They were dependable. They were here when they said. They were very pleasant and nice to work with. They did a great job. We would absolutely use them again.

Garth was highly recommended by a neighbor. It's a family business, so you're always dealing with the family. He was a lot of help, with some good ideas in planning the job. There was a fair amount of coordination for the plumbing, electrical, mechanical and granite work, plus coordinating required inspections, but it all went well. Probably took a few days longer than initially planned, but understandable. Probably not the cheapest, but you can see the difference in the Renninger's workmanship and the pride they take in it. They also threw in a few extras not initially included, like painting the closets. Very happy with the results. Wouldn't hesitate a bit to have them work here again.

Very responsive and pro-active with communication. Their workers are extremely professional, talented and skilled. They gave me a price up front which they have met and kept me informed about the work. They gave good recommendations about alternatives to the repairs.
