After placing the order with Depot they verified the size / details onsite. They actually order the door from the supplier, delivery took 3 weeks as expected. They removed the old door, installed the new, and cleaned up in about 3 hours. They arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time in both instances and did a professional job.

Call me Tim Worstell @ 713-428-8691 for more detail. On June 23,2016 I paid $3,752.08 for a garage door that was windstorm certified. Within a week or so they came out to do a site inspection. According to my contract, and Northside Overhead Doors, I quote, "AFTER THE MEASUREMENTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED IF IT IS NECESSARY TO MODIFY THE ORDER BASED ON THE INFORMATION OBTAINED DURING THE SITE INSPECTION. IF NO CHANGES ARE REQUIRED, THE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED." They did not do this. As a result, after the new garage door was already installed, I had to go and rent a concrete saw and purchase related items to shave the garage floor back 2 inch's. We contacted a half dozen concrete companies to have it professionally done. But the quickest they could do it was 2 to 6 weeks. So I had to do it myself. Something I have never done before. It wasn't easy my first time out to say the least. And one **** of a mess. Than the Texas Windstorm inspector told them that it wouldn't pass inspection because the door was not up to code. They installed a door on my home that is illegal which affects my home owners insurance. This was 3 1/2 months ago. They said they reordered the correct door buy needed to get it approved by the State of Texas Windstorm Department. That it would be approved by the end of August. It wasn't. Than it would be approved by end of September. It wasn't. Than they said by the end of October. It wasn't. Now by the end of November they say. The door they removed was a windstorm certified door. So I told them I was tired of waiting. For them to remove their door and replace it with the cheapest, ugliest, used windstorm certified door they had. Since they took mine. And I would buy my door elsewhere. They said I would have to pay a mover to remove everything from the garage AGAIN. That I would have to pay $300 to have them uninstall it. And that I would be left without a garage door. These folk's are con men with horrible customer service and poor communication. Please give me a call before you do business with these folk's. I have pictures, contracts to prove everything I have claimed.

They came out when the work was scheduled to be performed.  They were on time and did the job in a timely manner.

They were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They were also extremely informative and explained everything really well. They did an excellent job for me and I was very happy with their quality of service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a door opener and installation from a home improvement store. Two days later Northside Overhead Door called and set an appointment for April 25th between 8 & Noon. Since I sleep in on my days off, I asked for Northside to call me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. I slept in; no phone call. Around 2 PM, I called Northside and asked when their installer would be here. Northside replied that the installer had already been here and the job was done! Northside never called (Caller ID verifies this) or rang the bell - the installer snuck in the garage, did the work and left the remotes on the workbench! The Manager was very apologetic. He stated this was not the first time this had happened and the home improvement store was in the process of finding a new installer. The work was professional; sneaking into my home was inexcusable! Given he could be mistaken for an intruder, this installer is taking his life in his hands. Stay away from Northside!

Northside Overhead Doors did a great job. We were very satisfied with the overall process and the way we were treated throughout. The garage door is high quality and looks as good as we had hoped. It took a few hours to get it in place, but the guys were very nice and professional the whole time and got it all set. It works as it should and the garage looks better now. This was a reasonably priced company. We looked a couple places and they had the best rates for the type of door we wanted.
