+ -1 moreThe entire job and service went amazing! I couldn't of asked for a better person to put the security of my property in his hands. This is a person who tries to make sure you and your home or property is protected like he does for his own family.
Description of Work: I am an onsite property manager for a self storage company and we previously had given all of our work to Homewatch Security. In recent experience with Homewatch they were extremely rude and unprofessional so I called James with Lakeshore Security which a friend had highly recommended. Mr. Jensen was extremely helpful and had no problem scheduling me in to help identify my problem which was 2 cameras fried from a storm. These cameras needed to be replaced so he informed me that he would send me a quote that evening and we could go from there. Once I received the quote that evening I got the ok from my boss and called James to schedule him back out. In less than a week he ordered my cameras, received them, and installed them yesterday. They are working great! He is very knowledgeable about his line of work and has no problems with breaking it down for "dummies" like me! lol He is great about answering any questions you may have as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any home or office security. I do plan on using Lakeshore in the future for more work not just on my property but in my home as well!
