They charged about four thousand dollars altogether. I thought it went pretty well with the exception of just one hiccup where they were scheduled to come one day and came the other day. Other than that they were very helpful and cooperative. I did follow up on a regular basis and it was always good. I thought the price was competitive. I would give them an 'A'. They did everything I wanted them to do. I would use them again in the future.

We selected the granite several weeks prior to the work then scheduled the installation to fit with other subs working in the main bath. Installation was on time, expertly done, and on budget. The billing front office was slow to send the final bill and then sent two bills with different amounts. I called & the billing was resolved immediately. They are not set up to accept credit cards at the time of our purchase.

Talked with lots of different neighbors, service providers, contractors to determine who I would use. Consistently got a good recommendation on Renaissance, called came out gave me a written estimate within a few days. When cabinets were finished they came out made a template, I was able to go out to their facility to approve the layout on the stone & they had it installed in a about a week.

Renaissance Stone Works was awesome. The guy from Renaissance Stone Works came out and took the measurements. I was trying to match a piece of granite. He just took a look at it and he said that he’d try to get the granite that was closest to the old granite in similarity. So, he told me that he’d run a sample over for me. I thought it’d take long, but he was there the next morning. The granite he brought was almost similar to the old granite piece. He came out and did the cutting work as per my specifications. It was like he wasn’t even there at my house. All the dust was gone by the time he completed the work. The granite counter-top looks gorgeous. I wanted to put in a corner bar, upstairs. The piece of granite that was used was huge; it took four people to carry it up the stairs. It had to have only one seam. It was made so well that unless you point out where the seam is it looks seamless. Renaissance Stone Works did a really nice job with it. The thing I was really impressed about was that, when the job was done, they sent their salesperson over, in order to make sure that I was happy with the job. I thought that was amazing, considering that in today’s world nobody cares to do that kind of thing.
