They were very helpful in helping me determain what building best fit my needs and budget. They provided detailed drawing and instructions for erecting the building, and referrals for contractor to build the building on my site. When I had questions they were very responsive and provided information to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with their services and would use them again and recommend them to other.

Sales representative Philip Rawlings was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us. The smallness of the project did not affect his approach to his work. We made several changes to our order over the course of a month and were given, each time, a new bid price within a day, normally. We received delivery of the components during the 2nd week in January. We will select a contractor to construct the building, although we will be extremely involved. This is the second structure we have bought from Mueller, Inc. because we like the quality of their product and helpfulness of their staff. As stated above, we went back out to their facility today (2/11/13) to ask questions. We are very pleased with the time devoted to us and the consideration we always receive.
Description of Work
Purchased metal components for a 16 x 18 building. The service date entered was today, but we had received the building materials in January. Today, we drove out to Mueller to ask Philip Rawlings to ask about some of the trim and to be sure we understand the order of installation. While waiting for Philip, we wandered out to look at a couple of buildings. While outside, the manager (I think) came out to see if he could help us. We asked him some questions and he carefully answered and pointed to parts of the buildings to illustrate. When Philip joined us, the manager excused himself and Philip diligently answered all of our questions and took us to see other examples of trim on doors and windows.

It went very well. We were anxious because this was more money than we usually would spend on a roof. Brian answered all our questions, he was not pushy, but very patient. His bid was exactly what the final cost was. He followed up to make sure we were happy with the job. We were extremely pleased with the contractors he sent to do the job. They were polite, cleaned up every day, professional and knew their business. Worked very well as a team.
Description of Work
Mueller put a metal roof over the existing shingles on our 2020 square house. The above price includes the materials and the installation. GC Construction from Ballenger installed the metal. Brian at Mueller,Inc was very knowledgeable, patiently answered all our questions and sent GC Construction to do an absolutely beautiful job on our roof. We would highly recommend them.
