They were very helpful in helping me determain what building best fit my needs and budget. They provided detailed drawing and instructions for erecting the building, and referrals for contractor to build the building on my site. When I had questions they were very responsive and provided information to my satisfaction in a timely manner.
I am very satisfied with their services and would use them again and recommend them to other.

Sales representative Philip Rawlings was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us. The smallness of the project did not affect his approach to his work.
We made several changes to our order over the course of a month and were given, each time, a new bid price within a day, normally.
We received delivery of the components during the 2nd week in January. We will select a contractor to construct the building, although we will be extremely involved.
This is the second structure we have bought from Mueller, Inc. because we like the quality of their product and helpfulness of their staff.
As stated above, we went back out to their facility today (2/11/13) to ask questions. We are very pleased with the time devoted to us and the consideration we always receive.

It went very well. We were anxious because this was more money than we usually would spend on a roof. Brian answered all our questions, he was not pushy, but very patient. His bid was exactly what the final cost was. He followed up to make sure we were happy with the job. We were extremely pleased with the contractors he sent to do the job. They were polite, cleaned up every day, professional and knew their business. Worked very well as a team.
