+ -1 moreMr Gilbert came at the time of his appointment..He had called to see if he could come early which was for us fine. My oven was not heating properly. I figured it was the thermostat..After several different ways of testing he came to the same conclusion. He had a lap top with him and he looked up the part number made a phone call. Said that the part should be in on December 24th he explain that might be hard to get there on that day...I told him that was fine but I would like it fixed by the New Year. He said not a problem...that was the last we heard from him. We placed several phone calls and left several messages. Nothing He had been recommended by insurance that was purchased when we purchased our home. When I called they said they had already paid him...I paid him $60.00 and they paid him for doing the repair work...Which was NEVER done..Needless to say the person that was sent out was not real happy because he could not collect the $60.00. Which definitely not fair to him...
Description of Work: wasted my time....basically nothing...said I need a new thermostat..supposedly ordered needed part .....last I've heard from him

+ -1 moreKen is great at servicing our whole house vacuum system. He's very friendly and is great at teaching me how to maintain the system myself. When things aren't working well-- I give him a call and he usually is able to come by within a day or two to fix the problem.
