Arrived promptly.  Worked quickly.  Very pleasant people, who did a professional job at a reasonable price.

Very smooth job. They had to order the door I wanted in the color I wanted. It took around 10 days for it to come in and be installed. They explained that they can usually get doors the next day but that this was a brand new color and that it was special order. No problem. Note: I price shopped a little bit and Browns was several hundred less than CedarPark Garage Doors and a couple of others. I am very satisfied with the servive and the product.

My garage door wouldn't open. The "torsion spring" had snapped. It helps offset the weight of the door and makes it possible for the opener to work, or for an average human to lift it. I called Mike after I found his name recommended on a local bulletin board. I called around 4:30pm just to get an estimate. He returned my call promptly and gave me a price. I called him back shortly to see when he could come and do the work. To my surprise, he said 'today". He came about 40 minutes later. He showed up when he promised, did the work in an excellent manner, and charged what he'd quoted, which was very fair. What looked like a several day ordeal of not being able to use the garage door, especially with the holiday coming, and is now over. Highly recommended.
