GREAT!    I did expect to hear from Mike, the contractor, in the afternoon and was away from the phone when he called to say he was on his way and even though I did not answer he stopped to see if I was home. Mike was up in the attic for quite a while vacuuming up the droppings and saw that some insulation that had fallen in an area that if should not be and took care of that too. As Mike was getting ready to leave, my neighbor stopped to talk to him, to get some information and Mike took the time to help him also. Mike was great all the way around.

We had holes chewed in our upper roof facia boards, either by squirrels or rats.  I had already scheduled another Angie's list contractor to replace the boards and paint the entire house, but at the last minute, I thought it might be a good idea to make sure I wasn't trapping any animal inside the attic space.  Key words....."last minute"......(in actuality, the day before).
I called my regular household exterminator company, but they were too busy, too booked to come to the house for at least a week.
I then checked Angie's list and called Assassin, since Spicewood is fairly close to where we live. 
They were WONDERFUL!!!! I received a call back the same day from the owner; they brought out cages, which we set outside our house and inside the attic.  We caught several squirrels, which we promptly relocated several miles away.  They came to pick up the cages after 3 weeks, and I promptly received a check refunding my deposit for the cages.  I will DEFINITELY use Assassin for ALL of our pest control needs, and I strongly recommend others, especially those living in the Bee Cave/Lakeway/LakePointe and surrounding areas, do the same.  They couldn't be nicer.

Mike with Assassin showed up after calling to let me know he was on his way (as instructed).  He was very professional and I showed him the areas we were having problems. After that, he got to work.
What really stood out was how nice and talkative he was. I followed him around as we chatted and he would point out any bugs he saw and identify them, giving me tips on how to treat for silverfish, which spiders were OK, how often to call them out (a very honest answer involving how tolerant we were of bugs), how to wash the floors without disrupting the pest control solution, what the different types of ants were and how they lived, and more. He pointed out places we could plug up holes without hurting water or air flow and told me the best ways he'd seen. 
He showed me where the main ant colonies likely were and treated both the house and the trees/planters nearby where we had traced the ant trail. It has now been a month and we've had no more ant problems. 
He even found a spider he hadn't seen before and took it with him to identify later on! I'll admit that was a little disturbing as someone who doesn't like spiders, but showed his interest in his work.
Overall I'm very happy and have found "my pest control company" for my new home. Now if only I could find a reliable plumber :-).

First, the home office was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Scheduling my appointment was almost fun. I had been dealing with an ant infestation for 2 weeks and tried several things to resolve it myself. Although I schedule an appt for later in the week, I got a call back within 15 minutes of my original call, and a technician was within an hour. He determined I had acrobat ants, sprayed and that was the end of my ant problem. 
Would highly recommend.

They treated the house when it was built 13 years ago. About 5 years ago, we had some termite problems with one of our downstairs bedroom. They did the treatment and guaranteed the treatment for 5 years. This was the last year for the follow up treatment and they did such a good job that I decided to have them come out once a year. They are a small company and know who I am. I can talk to the owner if i need to and they are a pleasure to deal with.

Their service is fine.  We have no complaints.  Their quality of work is fine.  We are very pleased with what they are doing to us.  They are punctual.

Everything has been great. I have used them for years. They are always on time and professional.
