Travelocity

I called them yesterday to book an airline flight for two people to travel to see our children. They live across the United States. The person on the phone could not understand English. I gave him the spelling of my name 3 times and he got it wrong. I called back when I noticed what they had done (less than 2 hours later). I was on the phone with them for 3 and a half hours and wound up with zero resolution.

I feel like there were many things they could have done to resolve this issue and they did not try anything. They said they provide my husband and I with a nights stay in a hotel, then decided that I would have to write a letter for that and it was all on me. I said that I felt like they were doing nothing to solve the problem. When I told the woman on the phone that she said she would have to disconnect the call and hung up on me. ??

After my daughter booked a hotel with them, she traveled there and tried to use her credit card. They said they do not take American Express. That basically ruined her trip.
