I had the pleasure of working with John Stadler at Titan Doors & Gates to fix my garage door. I was impressed with the quick response time and the technician he sent to my home the day after it broke. The technician was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also very kind, patient, and caring. He took the time to explain the issue to me and answered all of my questions, which made me feel confident in the repair. I appreciate the excellent service and professionalism of Titan Doors & Gates and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Extremely well! This is the third time I have hired Titan Doors and Gates. They retrofitted the gate at my old house with a new motor and controls. When I sold the house, I hired them to add a sensor that the inspector required, and to replace my garage door opener. At my new house I hired them to install a new decorative iron gate and fence. Would highly recommend them.

We have an old swing gate motor that no one wanted to work on. After contacting 4 gate companies who refused to work on this product, I finally found Titan Gates and spoke with John (Stadler). He was such a nice person and offered to send his best guy out to look at it right away. I wish I could remember the name of the person he sent out because he was wonderful - so helpful and courteous and although he said that the motor brand we had was so prone to problems that no one was buying them anymore, he fixed it for us. Although it has worked well for the last 9 months, we decided to replace our current heavy wooden swing gate with an iron one and replace the motor/operator as well. Titan Gates was the first company I called because of their extraordinary customer service in the past. I haven't met with John yet, but I will post a review after my next experience - I am confident that his company will be the right choice because customer service is everything and it so hard to find!! Anyone can sell or install a product but it's so important to find someone who will help when there are problems. I am looking forward to actually meeting John in person and thanking him for the wonderful job he has done with customer service!!

This was the company that installed this door brand new probably 5 to 8 years ago. Their sticker is beside the opener button, that's why I called them. Gentleman was courteous over the phone took my information and said would call me back with a date of service. I never got a call back so followed up with the number again the next week. This time a technician came out, said we needed a new spring motor and put the door back on it's tracks. Cost was $295.
Almost one month later, 11/18/2015 the door has come off it's tracks again. Called to repair. They said spring is fine and door coming off tracks had nothing to do with what they did. Cost would be $180 to put it back on it's tracks. I asked if there would be some kind of warranty if the door came off its tracks again...response was no. I declined their service and paid the $30 for the service call. I'd rather give my money to someone else if they won't back up their work.

"We are disappointed that a customer was not satisfied. When we make a repair of any type, it's on a door or equipment that is already having issues. Our goal is to fix or repair the equipment AND probable underlying causes or problems. Unfortunately they are not always obvious or evident. The door worked fine, according to the customer for nearly 30 days, but then came off the tracks again. These doors are very large and very heavy and if we had not repaired the original problem, it is evident that this equipment would not have been able to be raised up and down continuously for that period of time. It still remains unfortunate and disappointing that this customer does not agree. TITAN always wants to help and provide professional service for all it's clients. Thank you."

I called and spoke to someone and the technician was here within an hour and a half. They cleaned out the tracks and lubricated the big coil that expands the tracks to open the garage door as well. The garage door is very quiet now.

"In most cases the actual "problem" can be caused by something else that is wrong with the door that's not so obvious. Our professionals do their best to determine what might be the root cause of the "problem" you experience. In this case, excessive pressure was from the tracks and the rollers, causing the garage door opener to be overworked.
