The Tosello team did a wonderful job explaining he process of selling my house and then executing the plan we agreed upon. They were understanding of delays that arose and offered solutions and strategies to overcome them. I got two offers 9 days after listing and a contract a few days after that which resulted in closing at the end of the month. I highly recommend the Tosello group if you are looking to buy or sell a home. Their marketing is excellent and they are patient and take the time to answer any questions you have about the marketing, showing and closing of your house before, during and even after the processes.
