The agent who worked with me was very diligent, and had to reschedule appointments to look at homes multiple times to meet my or the sellers' schedule. The best part was how they listened to my preferences as we began the search in order to truly find a home that meet my requirements and location needs. My location needs varied tremendously and they were always willing to move on based on my changing location decisions. Every encounter was pleasurable, and they were extremely professional with the situations at the various properties considered. They offered helpful advise as we walked through the properties - identifying possible concerns and conditions that may bear additional evaluation. They worked expertly and collaboratively with the seller's agent to obtain agreement on my first offer. I definitely suggest anyone looking for a home consider the Minteer team. Although they are located in Southlake, they worked with me across the top of the Dallas area - there really is no boundary to the area within Dallas / Fort Worth that they would not be able to assist with in a search.
