Energy Efficiency Auditing
Timothy called the night before the Mar 20 date and said they'd have to reschedule. We rescheduled about a week later, and another guy showed up. He did the suction test and looked at the attic insulation, but did not do the rest of the steps which Timothy had advertised. He said he was not very familiar with efficiency of HVAC systems and could not give us an assessment of them. He did recommend sealing some cracks in the AC ductwork and replacing weatherstripping on 2 doors, so we had him do those repairs while he was there. However, he did not deduct the $65 cost of the audit from the repair cost, as Timothy had advertised. He did good work on the repairs, but the audit fell far short of the service advertised.

They ran out of materials and had to come back for a second day. They were competent and I was happy with the work itself, but I had to reschedule appointments because of the set back.

It went well. Their price was very good. They were here when they said they would be here and they did the job without any problems. There was a slight problem which I tried to call about, but it took him a few days to follow up.
