The quality of the work was terrific- his subs were professional and helpful. The communications with Rob were great and thorough. We were very happy with the finished product. We have since moved to Florida and are starting a remodel here- wish he could have a branch in Tampa. Thanks Rob!

This company had been recommended to me by a friend who originally had 2 small RESIDENTIAL rooms painted. (They have also done some commercial work for her AND bid a RESIDENTIAL job for another friend.) When they called and asked me what I needed to have done, I told them I had a variety of items, which needed to be done; i.e, replacing the wood around my chimney, replacing 2 interior doors, doing some painting, etc. (I had a whole list.) The girl listened to all I needed ... left the line to talk w/ someone ... returned and told me they ONLY DO COMMERCIAL WORK (not, they no longer do residential work). OK, if that was the case, why didn't she ask me if I needed residential or commercial work before I told her what I needed or, at the very least, stopped me when I obviously started telling her I needed residential work done to tell me they do not do residential work. I very distinctly got the impression they did not want to do MY residential work. At the very least, they could have said the job was too small for them, if that was the case. I was NOT impressed (and have called my friends in addition to making this report).
