STACY'S FURNITURE

I bought a set of sofas, made of vinyl material, made by Albany, sold by Stacy Furniture in Plano TX. After 2 years, the vinyl (fake leather) started to crack and peel off. At the time of purchase, Stacy advised me to buy a fabric warranty plan for $74, which I did. It turns out that the warranty plan did not cover material defects, only spill of coffee. I called Stacy and Albany. They told me the manufacturer warranty on the sofa only covered one year. I will never buy anything from Stacy again. $1400 worth of sofas are only supposed to last one year! I called Salvation Army to donate the sofas. Salvation Army refused to take them - give you an idea how bad the sofa looked.

They do not remove the old furniture. They told me I was on my own getting rid of the old furniture and I thought that was wrong of them. They don't tell you until its almost time to be delivered. They were also late delivering the furniture. The furniture was nice when I finally got it.

We purchased dining room furniture from Stacy's a few years ago, and recently one of the chair legs broke completely off.  (It was at a knot in the wood).  Stacy's said this chair is no longer manufactured and said I could take the chair to their warehouse to see if it could be repaired.  I took the chair to the warehouse and approximate 1 week later, they called and said the chair was finished.  It looks fantastic!  I don't know how they did it, but there is absolutely no seam/mark/etc. on the leg.  It looks brand new.  And there was no charger for the repair!  My husband and I were extremely impressed.  Great workmanship and great customer service.

EXCELLENT, WELL PACKAGED FOR TRANSPORT SO THAT NO SCRATCHES WERE ON IT.
