Great Service! I've used them several times.Larry inspected and serviced an old A/C unit. He determined there is likely a slow leak in the coil in the attic air handler unit, and the system will eventually need replacing, but re-filling with Freon will probably extend the life through the season. He spent time to explain how the system worked and even checked another (newer) unit to make sure the entire house was doing OK. Every time they come out they look at the most economical way to keep my systems operating -- NEVER a pitch to try to replace a system that is still useful, but always willing to explain what will eventually be required in the future. When the time comes to spend the big bucks and replace systems that have reached the end of their service life, Southlake Heating and Air will be the ones I call! Thanks!

.Overall I thought they did a great job. I was very happy with the work they did. I would use them again.

They have done a lot of work for us. They are prompt and reliable. They have the great people with them and they are not scary. The owner is an engineer and he does most of the work by himself. He is the most down to earth guy and he knows what he is doing.

He is wonderful. He is professional and shows up on time. I feel comfortable with him in my home. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

What was really wonderful about them is they were close to home. They came when they said they would. When they were here doing the work, we barely noticed that they were here. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. After they did their own inspection, they even had the city building inspector come out and inspect their work, and they passed everything with flying colors. I really feel like that was a nice extra thing.
