Our biggest complaint has been getting them back out here to make it work. The guy who comes to service the filter is good but the people who own the company are horrible. We bought the system to help us with allergies in the summer, but we can't run it in the summer because it creates so much humidity in the house. They keep telling us that it is not their problem, it's our air conditioners fault. We pay a small fortune to have them come change the filters and they claim to be the only company who carries them.

I THINK IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY, SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK GOOD.
