Outstanding! Jared Florence was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was my representative to the insurance company and all that were handling the repairs. The work was of high quality.

Unlike other roofing companies, I had to sign a vague contract to get them to look at the roof (I regret doing this). I could not back out or would have charged a fee. I had to ask several times before I was given an estimate. They were over priced and did not do what was agreed upon.

Great! My house was the first roof to be replaced. The quality of the shingles and work performed was excellent. The contractor did a great job and the work crew was fantastic.

• - Estimate and initial scheduling of the work went off without a hitch
• - Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with good options and related explanations
• - Quote was comparable to others we received
• - Getting the insurance claim finalized took a bit longer than expected, however several rounds of discussions with the adjuster were needed
• - Had some fits and starts getting the job scheduled and took more follow-up than expected but once work began it went pretty quickly
• - Storm front moved in a day earlier than projected (in the middle of tear-off) bringing heavy rain and winds. The tarps used kept us dry inside and the company owner was here for several hours the next day checking on things to ensure there was no water damage.
• - Crew and site manager were friendly and kept the yard, landscaping and pool clear of debris
• - Experienced some minor glitches along the way but the company was responsive and quickly addressed them

I say that it looks like they did a good job. I’ve got no complaints, I had one issue coming up; they took care of it and all that was pretty good. They did all the work with the insurance company.

My hot water heater busted and I had no idea what to do.  It was early in the morning and I was terrified that I would not be able to get in touch with anyone.  I called One Source Restoration and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes.  I was so relieved that they were there so fast.  They took care of everything from start to finsih.  Dryed the carpet, brought in machines and were very clean and careful inside my home.  Worked with my insurance company and handled all paperwork.

I have used One Source Restoration for my roof and could not be happier with this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone that has damage to their home. I do not have any complaints.
