home easy. I know that may sound ridiculous, selling a home isn't easy right?
Honestly, in this instance, it was incredibly easy, stress-free, and
quick. It was our first time selling a
home and we were more than a little terrified about how it would work, how long
it would take, and just how it would work.
Mark and his staff communicated with us often, were honest and friendly,
and they have high morals (I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or
that I was taking advantage of our buyer). Those are things I don't take
lightly, and are unfortunately rare these days.
If you want an easy process, a wonderful realtor, and an
accurate and quick sell then Mark is your guy.
He even put all of our offers (we had MANY in a matter of a couple of
days) in a spreadsheet with unbiased pros and cons for each one. That made choosing who would buy our home so
much simpler than we expected. We loved
our home, and we were able to choose a buyer we felt would love it as well,
which was a really nice feeling. So

home, communicating with us, closing the deal, and simply being good people who
put our needs first. You enabled us move on without any stress and with the
