Removed old gutters and replaced with continuous gutters molded on site.  Work was done on time faster than anticipated and cleaned up.

The experience was pretty good.  We ordered the product and the day of delivery, they called us and said it was damaged during shipping.  They offered us 20% off and they text us the pictures of the damage.  We decided to wait for a replacement and a week later, we got our replacement.  The technician did get the washing machine while he was bringing it in, it wasn't too much; but we just took the pictures of it and send it to Lowe's.  They actually sent us the money back on the washer.  We got a really good deal.

Very well. I had to "break down" the beds (contractor will not break down furniture) and remove electronics from room, but contractor moved ceverything else and moved it back after installation. At my request, they left excess carpet for me. Professional job, and I am satisfied with price and service.

Katie in sales was great and the crew did a good job on the actual install of the carpet. We had two problems though. After removing the old carpet, we found a section of flooring upstairs that was uneven (a piece of subflooring had heaved up, causing a ridge that would be noticeable when the carpet was down) and so over the phone, my husband asked them to level it out and came to an agreement on price. I paid them by check, although they wanted cash, which I didn't have. I checked the installation before they left, and it looked good. It wasn't until that night that we were looking around and saw a huge hole in the wall where a doorknob had gone completely through the wall. With the force it would have taken to push a doorknob through the wall, we were sure they must have known about it, but never bothered to tell us, and then still took the extra money. When Lowe's called the next morning to ask how things went, we told them about the wall and they had the check returned to us. For the money, we could fix it ourselves. It was a satisfactory arrangement, but we were disappointed in the intergrity of the installers.

We have used Lowe's for many different jobs at our house and are always thrilled with the customer service and the contractors sent out to do the work. This time was no exception. The two guys did a wonderful job stretching the rugs nice and flat. The separators they put in are decorative and an added bonus. I would recommend Lowe's to anyone.

We picked out an entry door at Lowe's. The installer called us to schedule an appointment to measure for our new door within 2 business days. The installer came to measure for the new door a week after the appointment was made. The installer's measurements were sent to the Lowe's store so that we could purchase the door, including the additional materials for the trim around the door. The door arrived at the store 3 weeks later, and the installer called to schedule the door installation. There was a 2 week lead time for a Saturday appointment in July for the door installation. On the day of the door installation, the installer arrived with a helper and the entire job took no more than 2 hours. We were told it would take at least half a day, but I think that was based on one person doing the job. We are very happy with our door and would purchase from Lowe's and use their installation service again. Just be aware that there are many steps in the process and it takes awhile.

My experience with the installers was very good, but the dealing with Lowes and their installation process was deplorable. Good luck on getting anyone to call you back, that actually knows what's going on. The worst service I've ever experienced. I had to call on a weekly basis, just to find out if the doors I ordered were in, and then they don't even check to see if there's any damage, to them once they did arrive. The quality of work & professionalism grades are for the installers, not Lowes.
