They were fantastic! We came to a negotiation on replacing an HVAC system I had. They did a very good job. They literally replaced every single strap and item literally in the system. They did a very good job. They spent like three days out here.

They are professional, they are courteous, they are knowledge, fair price, they don't over charge they don't over diagnose. They just fix the problem at hand.

I have used them 4 or 5 times in the past year. I would use them again. I would say they are knowledgeable, they are very fair, and their are impressive. They explain things very easily to help us very understand. They are courteous, professional, and patient with me.

I won't use anyone else now. I called Longton for a second opinion after another company gave a diagnosis and quote I thought was very high. He came out, inspected both units, advised I had no leak in the second unit and gave me a quote to replace the coils in the first unit that was less than other companies. Bill was professional, to the point, and didn't try to 'sell' me anything. He even went the extra mile by cleaning up the units and making additional repairs to correct the previous repairs made by others without even charging extra. He's the best!

It took a full day to complete the work. Two people came out to complete the service. They left the area clean. I graded them an "A" because of their punctuality, transparency, and price.

Longton Air Company installed a whole new system in my house. Bill the owner was honest, did not try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, and was very reasonably priced for what I got. He took his time to ensure all of the small details were done correctly. I feel like my new system is high quality, well installed, and will last for many years. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Bill and team got here on time and got right to work.  First thing they did was put down some protective sheets to walk on so that our carpet would not get dirty.  Then they removed the old equipment from the attic and the old condenser from outside.  After that they put in the new coil housing, coil and new condenser.  The new return was then put they got everything sealed up tested the unit and installed a new thermostat.  After all that they picked up their protective sheets and vacuumed around where the thermostat was replaced as some paint chips fell on the ground.  They were profession, gave us a great price and did an excellent job.

I thought Bill was a great guy - honest - and very reasonable what more would you want. I highly recommend Bill as your next ac guy.

After posting on Facebook my need for an A/C repair company, I got three instantaneous responses recommending Bill and Longton Air Company (LAC). He is actually a neighbor of mine and I see his truck all the time. I called Bill at 7:30 in the morning on Wednesday AM and explained my problem - unit was freezing up and not cooling the downstairs of our house. He told me that he was installing a complete system that day and woldn't be available until that evening. He said he'd call twenty minutes before coming out and that's exactly what he did. At about 6:30, he called and asked if I still wanteed him to come. I said yes, and he was there fifteen minutes later. He looked at the situation and assumed we were low on freon, meaning a possible leak (not good). I went in and turned on the system and he asked if the fan was running. I thought it was, but it wasn't. Bill went upstairs and said it could be a fan motor or control board. It turned out to be the controler board, a replacement which he had in his truck. Ten minutes later and a little freon added to our system, we were cooling! House was cool before dinner. I was very happy with the price (no Southlake +20% premium) and service that Bill provided and would recommend him unreservedly to my friends and neighbors.

I called the night before for a 9:00AM appointment. LAC showed up on time (a few minute early actualy), diagnosed issue immediately, had part with him on truck and completed the fix within the hour. Quoted the price upfront and kept to his original estimate. Couldn't ask for more!

He was prompt professional and did a great job for my parents.My dad won't recommend someone unless they are excellent-he was impression by this company.

There were no surprises and everything worked out fine. When he mounted the unit to the wall, he didn't anchor it. I brought it to his attention and he took the unit down and anchored the mount. Other than that, they were easy to deal with, responsive, and professional.

Lac came to us by referral over summer (08/11) after the company we had been using since (2006) could not provide service to us when our A/C stopped working in 90 plus degree temperature, basically said it would be days before they could help us (and we were under contract with them). One call to Lac and they were here the same day. Excellent service.
