I wouldn't recommend Karin to anyone looking for a reliable realtor. She was completely unresponsive in the middle of our bid process. At a pivotal point, she ignored our calls and emails for nearly a week. Karin was friendly during our meetings, but was generally late.

She was terrible. She showed up about 30 minutes late for our first appointment, we were sitting there waiting for her, then she never followed up after that. We asked her to do a couple of things, but she never got back to us. She was nice while interacting with us.
