"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I really apologize for your experience with JWC. After reading your review and seeing quite a few inaccuracies, I feel the need to give the entire back story. I also think that people can see the type and amount of reviews that we have to see that this is not how we do business. To start, we did replace your roof. Around 18 months after we completed your roof you called us to let us know you had a leak. We came out and saw that not only did you already have your ceiling torn down, but that you had new paint and a piece of flashing on your fascia. We were able to tell because we installed your roof and yes we replaced your drip edge but we did not do any painting of your trim but there was paint on your drip edge that we replaced. The piece of flashing ( step flashing that we would not install on the outside of your fascia) was sealed to your shingles which prevented water from properly shedding. It looks like when people put flashing up to prevent rodents from chewing through to get in your attic. This in return allowed water to enter your home. In order to not fight with you about it and really just try and serve you and do the right thing, JWC completed a $1,500 repair for you. We were then told you filed another claim for your interior which we completed for you as well. Our hearts are to serve people and sometimes that includes times when it is not our fault. Your carrier did reach out to us and I provided the pictures as proof of our story. Our CRM logs all calls and emails automatically so we can strive to provide excellent customer service. This also helps to see if anyone in the office is dropping the ball. At the end of the day I am just glad that your home is fixed. We really do appreciate the opportunity you gave us to serve you and again apologize that your experience was anything less than amazing. I truly hope you have a very blessed holiday season. Be Blessed, JWC Team"
"We replaced it with the 30 year 3-tab which is a higher quality than the original 20 year 3-tab. The frustration was neighbors received free upgrades and had their deductibles paid which is illegal. We were upfront about our policies and explained we were not interested in doing anything unethical. We apologize for unmet expectations and can confirm after we explained this you offered to take this review down. We appreciated the opportunity to serve you through this process."
