James Landscaping Inc

I started working with James Landscaping in September 2014. Rhonda, the owner, came out and talked to me about what I wanted, took a bunch of measurements, and let me know to expect it be six weeks before they would have a plan ready due to the amount of business they were currently handling. In mid-November I approved the first plan. I then had to run it by my homeowner's association who met in December and did not approve it. We submitted a revised plan in January which was also not approved. Rhonda then stepped in and arranged an on-site meeting at the end of January with the HOA to talk about the plan in person with all involved parties. In February 2015, after much haggling, we finally ended up with a plan everyone could agree on. James Landscaping's participation throughout this entire process was vital.
The installation was performed at the end of March and took roughly 3 1/2 days. I have had them change a few minor things since then, but James Landscaping has had no problem in working with me to achieve what I want. I'm very happy with the look of my new front yard and would not hesitate to use James Landscaping again.

I really like their designs this is the second time we have used them. They do excellent work . They will also be doing the installation in the fall.

We had recently moved into our home. The previous owner had used James Landscaping for some landscape planning and dry creek bed laying. We decided to use them as the previous owner had good things to say about them. From the very first phone call it was an excellent experience. Rhonda came out and spent quite a bit of time talking with me and helping me figure out how to reorganize and clean up the yard. She was extremely knowledgeable and had great ideas. They were willing to rework the plan to fit within our budget and even went so far as to break it down into sections so we could do it in phases. Her crew showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The crew was very courteous and answered my questions as things were being done. We really just cannot say enough nice things about our experience. Marie was also very nice and professional each time I called. We will be using them again in our backyard in the near future!

His price and service was good. The problem is that the system installed, which is not his fault, faulted. He came back the next year and replaced every one at no charge.

Excellent job as always. I have used James Landscaping before and will use them again. I highly recommend them for all landscaping needs. They showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. The beds look fantastic and the sod looks great too!

They did a great job! They stand behind their work. Rhonda, who came to my home, is great at suggesting local plants that will thrive in our climate.

They're really really good. They are very competent and they do a very good design. They're not cheap, but they do really good work. It's not cheap, but everything looks much better.

Overall satisfaction. They were wonderful to work with and most receptive to our own suggestions and ideas.

We got along real well with them, all the women there. We thought they were a little higher than a couple of people we talked to but we liked what they did. They got it done in a timely fashion. We found them in a magazine that came to our house through the mail, it was a little newsletter.

Rhonda came as soon as consulted and produced a detailed plan in short order. She listened to what we wanted and created it. Her workers as so professional and respectful. It's a pleasure to see them arrive. They always complete the work in under the estimated time. It had to be revised the first time and that happened promptly. After a few months the back had to be totally redone since the debris from the pine tree needles was more of an issue than expected. That also took place quickly and at a very fair price.

The work was done professionally, promptly, and to our full satisfaction.

Rhonda James is an irrigation expert. She also is an expert in suggesting the perfect flowers and color arrangements. I greatly admire her work. They do charge a hefty price, but the quality of work supports the price. They come on time and are very professional.
