Terrific, signed the contract on Thursday and by Monday at 5:30 P.M., they were done. They did a terrific job and cleaned every nail and piece of trash up. Very Professional Craftsmen.

My house is 3,300 square feet and a very steep roof. A roof replacement is always very messy. The guys did a great job of cleanup after the job. My new roof and ventilation vents looks great.

They are really good. I've used them twice on two different buildings. I have an insurance agency. After years of helping my customers find roofing contractors, I've never had to question their work or integrity. I don't get any referral fees or anything from them, but I recommend them to pretty much everyone. I just know when they go on the roof, they're going to tell the truth. There are a lot of bad operators in the roofing business. They are one of the few I know I can count on. I probably won't use anyone but Huffacker.

Very hard to get ahold of this company.  They are bad at returning calls when they say they will. It took them 4 days to repair the leak and of course it rained again between that time. Leak was repaired but I was never notified of the completion. I call and ask and they said the guy alrleady came out and fixed it. I said thank you but nobody notified me of it being done. The repair work was done poor and it is now an eye sore. It fixed the problem though so thats good. The problem originated not because of bad weather but because the shingles where laid improperly. Due to the pitch of the roof, shingles should have been rolled not laid to prevent the leak from occuring. Fixed now but I wouldn't use them in the future. The leaked would have never happend if it was done right the first time.

Work was completed as promised.  All staff were professional  and answered any concerns iIhad.  Compared pricing with other companies and this pricing was fair.  Mr. Huffacker, also took time to explain the process of the repair.

They arrived on time, looked at the area, gave an estimate and installed the flashing once we approved the estimate. They have installed flashing on another area of the roof previously. They are very easy to work with and if we have any problems with our roof they are the first people we call. They also made a suggestion concerning our gutters which we will be following through on.

Larry Huffaker and his crew were prompt, the work was done as promised for the price promised, and there were no call-backs. Huffaker also previously did a $40,000 roof on my personal residence. Even taking down an old wood roof which is a very messy job, only a couple of inexpensive foundation plantings were damaged. The new roof has been trouble free for over 10 years. I can recommend Huffaker without reservation.

Showed up on time and went to work.  Did a super job and made sure everything was sealed properly.  The new roof will not leak in a hurricane.  They took a lot of extra effort to make sure everything was done properly.

I had a lot of work done on my home including new roof, gutters, and painting of the outside of the home. Huffaker took care of the roof and gutters and I utilized another contractor for the painting (recommended by Huffaker). I had my house painted first on advice of Huffaker and once I had that completed I notified Huffaker to start the roof. They were very prompt, coming out within a few days and did a very good job. I did notice multiple shingles with some small damage on my garage but Huffaker was very prompt to come out and take care of it. Once the roof was completed the new gutters were installed and wow does it look great. We are the original owners of the home and are very happy in that it looks like a new house!

They have done four roofs for me. They always come right out if you need them. They are very careful and experienced. They do a really good job. Our house is large and they were done in a very timely manner. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work they did for us. We will continue to use them again in the future.

Estimate and final invoice amounts were identical.

Huffaker took a few days to respond to my email for scheduling but once scheduled they showed up on time. The tech thought he was replacing a turnine fan thus did not have the correct electric fan to replace mine with. While he was there, we talked about electric vs solar and I decided to go with solar. He arranged to get the fan and install the next day. While here, he hammered down about 15 feet of loose flashing at no charge. he did not collect a payment but told me i would receive a bill, which I did about 3 weeks later and paid the quoted amount. The vent still works.

They gave me a good price. They did the initial repairs on my roof. They came back, when they found a leak in it, subsequently. They fixed the leak for free. They honored the guarantee.

Overall the job was done quickly and effiecientlly. Alberto did not give me a bill right away but said the company would send it later. When the bill came we were being charged $180 instead of the $130 as Alberto had said. I called up the company and the lady on the other end admitted she misread Alberto's quote of $130 as $180. She rectified the mistake and sent the correct bill within a week.

We had a roof that leaked during a high-wind rainstorm. We had one company come out and say we should file a claim with our insurance for a new roof. Then we joined Angie's List and chose Huffaker to come out and give a second opinion. Someone came out and told us what we needed and quoted me a price. They did the work within a week, and we got the bill exactly as we had been quoted. My only issue (not really a complaint) was that they took a couple of days longer to come out than what they originally told me. However, when I called, I was able to get an update and confirm that I was still on the agenda. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I did not put a rating for the quality due to the fact that it has not rained hard since the work was completed.

This was truly and excellent experience. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to accomplish the work within a few days. This was a small job but well done in a timely manner and quality materials. The house painter we used after this work commented on what a quality job had been done with this repair. Two recommendations for the price of one.
