Picked out the door we wanted, they sent out an estimater, about 7 days later they installed it. Install took around 7hrs and looked great when done. afew extra dollars over estimate. Door wasn't quite right after intall (trim wasn't secure) so we called up and had them return. Next day they came and fixed it. Good looking door now. I do wish the person at the store would've showed the door options to us more. We would've got the one with door knobs on both sides.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THEY WERE REALLY FAST IN EVERYTHING THEY DID.

The salesman was not very knowledge about the range I purchased. He showed me the model's feature list which can be found on the Home Depot web site. We purchased the range from Home Depot because they were offering 10% off, free delivery (via rebate) and no interest/no payments for 12 months when you use your Home Depot credit card. We bought the range on Sunday and delivery was scheduled for the following Friday. I received an automated call on Thursday evening giving me a 4-hour window of when the delivery would take place the following day. When the range arrived on Friday, it was damaged. I was contacted the following week via the same automated system and a new undamaged range was delivered. I am very happy with my new range and I would buy from Home Depot again. I recommend doing your research before you get to the store because not all the sale people are knowledgeable about the appliances. I received my delivery rebate a month after I submitted it.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT - NO ERRORS, LINES WERE PERFECT. THE CLEAN UP LEFT THE ROOMS SUCH THAT YOU COULD NOT TELL ANYONE HAD EVEN BEEN THERE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT FOR INSTALLATION OF CARPET AND TILE. HOWEVER, INSTALLATION WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE PLACE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF PURCHASE. I HAD TO MAKE FOLLOW UP CALLS FOR 7 WEEKS BEFORE THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK.

WE BOUGHT THREE STORM DOORS TO HAVE INSTALLED ON OUR HOUSE. THE INSTALLER MEASURED AND REALIZED ONE DOOR WOULDN'T FIT. THEY TOOK THE DOOR BACK AND GAVE US CREDIT ON OUR ACCOUNT PROMPTLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. ALSO, THE INSTALLER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE AND EFFICIENT IN ALL HIS WORK. A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.
