We have used this company before and were pleased with our previous experience. However after reaching out to them for a second project, we were VERY disappointed with our experience. Robbie Duncan was one of the MOST unprofessional and disrespectful managers I've ever come in contact with. After getting yelled at on the phone and not being able to explain the reason for my call (which he had been misinformed from his receptionist), he hung up. After being speechless from what had just happened, I called back to explain the actual reason and he proceeded to backtrack on what he had said knowing he was in the wrong. Needless to say, we won't ever be using this company again and will recommend anyone against it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Terrible service, unfortunately. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of Erica or Robbie. No one would answer calls or texts, or return voice mail. We had multiple no shows, and would have to contact THEM when no one showed. It should be the other way around, and always with notice! There was zero communication, and it was like pulling teeth getting a call back. As far as appointments, the answer was usually "we'll be there 'sometime.'" After a month of this, we decided to go with another roofing company who has done more in 2 days, what Griffith couldn't do in 30!

Roofs were repaired in a timely fashion. Robbie was easy to communicate with. The problems began after we received our first invoice from the first roof repair. A check was sent to the Southlake address on the invoice. A few weeks later we received a message from Michelle saying they had not received payment. My husband called twice and left messages for Michelle stating we had sent payment for the first invoice but had not received the second invoice. After another few weeks Michelle called apologizing that she had been out of town so that's why we hadn't received a response. She said they still had not received our check. Upon receipt of the second invoice we sent two more checks to the southlake address on the invoice. A week later, late one evening, while we were on vacation, my husband received a nasty, threatening voicemail on his cell phone from the owner, Mark Griffith. Mr. Griffith threatened to turn us over to a collection agency. My husband returned his phone call and after a brief conversation with my husband explaining the situation, Mr. Griffith hung up on him. Mr. Griffith then proceeded to send several nasty text messages demanding payment immediately. The next morning, Mr. Griffith sent a text message apologizing for the exchange the night before. When we returned from vacation we received a call from Michelle who was unaware of the exchange my husband had had with Mr. Griffith. We had to pay stop payments on three checks and sent the next two checks certified mail. We have never been treated so unprofessionally or spoken to in such a rude, accusatory manner by the OWNER of the company. We have saved all of Mr. Griffiths text messages and voicemails.

We had a wonderful experience with Griffith Roofing.  We had storm damage to our roof that needed quick repair.  They were helpful, professional and were able to come out the next day for the repair.  We recommend them and would use them again.

Robby helped me schedule my service and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Jaime and his team were friendly and respectful when they arrived. I was not given an exact time of service prior to the scheduled day and did not receive a call even after 4 pm when someone still had not arrived. I had to call them and was given information quickly and was told they would be out that day. They did not arrive until after 6 pm but completed all the work and did a great job.
A scheduled time would have been nice but was very pleased with the service and all service completed on the day it was scheduled. My bill was true to the estimate and nothing and quot;unexpectedand quot; happened.
