Joseph Jordan and his entire crew did an excellent job installing new flooring and carpeting in our home. The work was top notch and his team was both competent and kind. His company worked seamlessly with our home insurance company, the painting company, and the water damage company over the several weeks that our project required.

Joe and his team did an exceptional job re-flooring my stepmoms house. We were doing some updating and Joe was really helpful in advising me on what would be the best bang for my buck while still achieving the desired effect. I especially appreciated his attention to detail in making sure the floor was level as I’ve experienced shoddy work in this regard in other homes. His installers were punctual and professional and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the results! In fact, I called him again win the mega freeze caused damage in our home and we had to replace some flooring in our game room. Despite his understandably crazy busy schedule during that time, he helped us get what we needed and get it installed in a timely manner. His prices are fair and comparable to other vendors and his integrity is above reproach. I would highly recommend him and will use him again when the need arises.

I was contacted by them via phone and they left a message after I was looking for a company on Angie's List to do tile work. Because of my work schedule I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them on line for 3/13/18 at 10:00 a.m.. I received a confirmation from them via email on 3/7/18 for my appointment and they stated at that time that Joe Jordan would call and ask me a few questions about my project. I never received a call from him. Today i was waiting for them to come to my house and at 10:10 after realizing they were late I happened to check my messages on our land line. At 8:45 that morning the office receptionist called and said that they were terribly overbooked and that Joe was in Ft. Worth because there were several appointments close together over there and could I reschedule for tomorrow? She called back again with same message and excuse to reschedule for another time. I called back and told her that I specifically set up the appointment for today because I work from home and didn't appreciate the fact that I was told the day of my appointment that they figured out they were overbooked. This appointment has been on my calendar for over a week. How do they just realize on the day of someones appointment that they are overbooked? I told her that I would be finding someone else to do our work. Not a good way to make a first impression.
