Things were very good once Mike, Angela and Edgar got involved. They were very professional, returned calls in a very timely manner and repairs and insurance claims moved quickly at that point too.The counters look great and the cabinets match the rest in the kitchen, same with the granite. They reinstalled our dishwasher too.

The cabinet removal went fine. They broke our granite counter top.  And refuse to file it on their insurance.  They broke a kitchen drawer too and back-splash tile.  They are not returning very many phone calls.  And are telling me they aren't coming back out until my homeowners insurance pays for the things that they broke.  We are without a sink and counter tops in our kitchen with no end date in site.  We have an incident report from the Highland Village police 13HP011971.  Filed by Offer Mike MacLean who called Ricky Ward to discuss the situation in hopes of a resolution.  And one was not reached.  Ricky Ward And Leon Shelton with Fire and Flood of America.  say they will not come back out until Kemper Home Owners Insurance covers the damage Fire & Flood did to our home.  My position is the granite is new and unharmed in the flood and Fire & Flood should pay for their own damage.  Also the tile and the drawer needs to be fixed as well too.  And we need our kitchen put back together soon.  We are saving our receipt from eating out since there is no where to clean the dishes since they put our dishwasher out in the garage with the kitchen sink too.  I also have pictures of all the damage.
Response from Fire and Flood of America
"[member name removed], I just found out that you had a compliant on here about our company. All of the above issues were resolved once we spoke with your adjuster and the granite was replaced as well as your cabinets and you were satisfied with the work. Thanks, Mike"
