Pink's is excellent! They always do an excellent job. They do the job correctly and they are honest about what they are doing. They don't do stuff that I don't need. Professional staff and they are very respectful. They are well mannered.

Overall I was very satisfied with the work that Trey did, he came recommended from a friend and I would hire him again. The actual process of everything was a little frustrating since city permits were involved and we had just moved into the house the week before but I know much of this was outside of Trey's control so I didn't count off.

Fast work, affordable, up-front about costs, and honest. We will definitely call again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Hired for Slab leak isolation services. After foundation repair we knew of one leak (it was actually seen to happen during foundation repair) and had fixed it before we had them come out. A new static test showed that there were still leak(s) in the sewer lines from the work. We hired Pink's to perform the Isolation test to find the leak(s). They Found one leak and stopped looking. After yet another hydrostatic test, we find out there is at least one more sewer leak. We requested that they come out and finish the job. They said that they felt that they had found the leak and had satisfied the job. We told them no, that they need to find all the leaks. They made an appointment to come back to complete but were a no-show. When called about it, they stated that they didn't think that they would be paid so they decided not to come. No call to inform us to make other arrangements. When you pay $450 for a 1 - 2 hour "TEST", you should be able to get your money's worth. Not have to pay $450 for each leak. They have sophisticated equipment and the job should be complete.
