If we need tires that's where we go. They tell you up front how long it's going to be. It's pretty convenient there. The workers are great.

I had originally gone to UT Southwestern for a hearing test, but let more than 6 months pass before I decided to shop for hearing aids. Thus, the test results were invalid. I therefore went to Costco in Southlake for a hearing test. At that time, Chris McCarthy was the and quot;Hearing Instrument Specialistand quot; at the Southlake branch (he is now in Arlington). He gave me an exam that was much more thorough than the one I received at UT Southwestern from their certified audiologist.
Chris suggested the Bernafon Micro ICOS because he said it had the best high fidelity. At the time, my insurance offered a discount on hearing aids through certain suppliers (Aetna did not actually cover hearing aids). When I contacted one local supplier about this discount (on the Bernafon Micro ICOS), I was quoted a discounted price that was $6,000 for a pair plus $150 for the remote control; whereas Costco charged me $3,200 for the pair plus $88 for the remote control.
Plus, Costco offered a 36-month warranty and a special 24-moth warranty on losing the hearing aids. It was a no-brainer. I went with Costco and never looked back. Additionally, Costco has offered free service on cleaning/replacing the tubes.

The cost was the main factor in our decision to purchase the hearing aids from Costco. They did a very thorough examination as well. I would recommend going to a doctor as well for a thorough examination to make sure you need hearing aids.

The experience was fine. They actually had the best price for the tire that I needed. I had to wait a long time. They were very responsive. They were very professional. I would probably use them again but I would drop my car off and come back later.

The installer was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He was fast and did a really good job. He was punctual and I was really impressed with his performance. The decorator was good, punctual and professional as well. They also made few suggestions.
